Are your products for human use?

No.

All products sold by VialBench Research are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or veterinary use.

Quality & Testing

Are your products tested?

All of our products carry in-house diagnostic testing, and many of our products include independent Certificates of Analysis (COAs) verifying identity and purity. Documentation is provided whenever available for the specific batch and product.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A COA is a laboratory document that verifies important quality information for a production batch, such as identity, purity, and testing results. Batch-specific COAs help researchers verify the materials they receive. 

What does “Research Grade” mean?

Research-grade materials are intended for laboratory and scientific investigation. They are supplied for research applications and are not approved for other purposes.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How quickly are orders processed?

Most orders are processed the same day (if ordered before 1pm EST), otherwise it will be processed the next day, weekends are excluded. Shipping times are 1-3 days depending on distance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ALL major payment, including credit cards and SHOP pay, methods displayed during checkout. Available payment options may change over time.

Storage & Handling

How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

For long-term storage, lyophilized peptides should generally be kept frozen in a dry environment and protected from excessive heat, moisture, and direct light. When kept properly, shelf life is at least 5 years with stable compound levels.

Returns & Support

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of research materials, returns are generally not accepted once products have shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

What does “Research Use Only” mean?

Research Use Only (RUO) means a product is supplied exclusively for laboratory research and scientific investigation. RUO materials are not approved for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
