VialBench products are sold strictly for laboratory research, analytical testing, and in vitro or non-clinical investigation where permitted by law. Products are not for human or animal use or consumption.
Available Certificates of Analysis can be found in our Certificates of Analysis (COAs) section for each product, and 3rd party testing can be seen on the 3rd Party Testing Page.
If you need assistance locating documentation for a particular product or batch, contact us and include the relevant product and lot information.
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Registered customers may also be able to view order information from the My Account section.
Contact us at support@vialbench.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging. Keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved.
VialBench currently ships within the United States only. Available USPS and UPS shipping options and pricing are displayed during checkout. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping.
